Refund Policy

We want every client to be fully satisfied. This policy covers payments made to Dauji Projects.

Consultation fees

Initial consultations are free. Paid design consultations are non-refundable once the session has been delivered.

Design & construction advances

Advances are adjusted against work completed as per the signed agreement. Any unused balance on cancellation is refunded after deducting work done and materials procured.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
